A social worker with a Master's in Social Counseling, specializes in working with at-risk youth and women survivors of violence. She has established a protection center for abuse survivors, led GBV case management, and contributed to training guides. Her expertise includes art therapy, nonviolence, and gender-based violence prevention.

Hane Alrustm

A psychoanalyst specializing in trauma therapy has 10 years of experience supporting refugees and war survivors. As founder and director of Healing on the Move, Hane transforms personal experiences of war and displacement into guiding others toward healing, resilience, and mental health recovery in forcibly displaced communities.

Rasha Omrayah

A psychologist with a Master's in Psychological Counseling from Damascus University and pursuing a PhD, is a coordinator for Nafsanioun Lebanon and founder of Nafsanioun Syria. She also serves as a PSS case manager at the Department of Ecumenical Relations and Development of the Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Antioch.

Omar Sabbagh

A psychologist and civil society activist with 17 years of experience, has worked with international organizations like CRS, Don Bosco, and CDS, and in clinics across Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE. Skilled in EFIT, SE, DBT, and IFS therapies, he integrates applied drama into psychosocial contexts.

Baraa Youssef Hatoum

A psychologist and social activist, I’ve supported refugees, founded a cultural center for dialogue, and managed Syrian social projects with international partners like Swiss Peace and GIZ. Currently, I manage programs at "Mubadroon" and lead humanitarian response at Nafsanioun, focusing on nonviolence, community dialogue, and youth empowerment.

Hossam Morsel Hassoun

A psychologist with a BA in Psychology and two Master's degrees in Media and Developmental Psychology from Damascus University, specializing in CBT for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD. With 10+ years of experience in child and adolescent therapy, they’ve worked with IMC, WHO, DRC, and PUI in mental health and psychosocial support.
